Currently we only allow upload to RELEASE pocket in PPA, so it could be removed if it helps, but it will continue one of the publishing-system parameter.
IFW a 'pocket' is a sub-division of a distroseries, used mainly in PRIMARY archive to separate packages initially released/ distributed from updates/fixes occurred after the release time.
The association of a distroseries and a pocket is called 'suite', for instance, feisty (feisty + RELEASE), feisty-security (feisty + SECURITY), and determines a specific location (group of packages) in the ubuntu distribution archive.
(didn't we have the same conversation before ?)
