Bug Description
We have to document the PPA feature that allow users to override the suite specified in the debian/changelog via the upload path.

This would benefit people trying simple debian-syncs in ubuntu.

well, PPA system does support suite-override via the upload path. Uploading a debian source package (changelog target to 'unstable') to the path '~<lp_user>
