Settings popup menu not translated

It looks like the branch allowing for launchpad to output translations into the bzr branch never landed, I've linked it to this bug and will try to get that sorted.

This bug was fixed in the package ubuntu-keyboard - 0.99.trunk.phablet2+14.10.20141104~rtm-0ubuntu1

This is marked as Fix Released in RTM, but I'm still seeing this in

current build number: 171

We found earlier this week that the Launchpad automatic translation imports hadn't occurred (they needed manual approval for the first import), once that happens on Thursday the language packs should then include the required translations.
