python-lockfile 0.10.2 release is available

I just sponsored python-lockfile 1:0.10.2-1 into unstable. As soon as it clears NEW (for the Python 3 packages), I'll syncpackage it over to wily.

Sync cannot be processed, cause FTBFS due to missing Build-Depends.
