cannot access individual files in repository

Bug Description
this happens with both the Inkscape repository:
https:/
and also the lib2geom repository:
https:/
I can access the individual rev numbers using something like this:
http://
but when I click on the individual file like this:
http://
then I get get the message: "HTTP 500: The website cannot display the Page"
this happened yesterday and again this morning
