VIVID: krillin doesn't playback video it has recorded in camera or gallery but does via mtp to a pc

Bug Description
STEPS:
1. install the latest krillin image from ubuntu-
2. Open the camera app
3. Record a short 10 second video
4. Swipe to the left to get the camera roll
5. Playback the video
6. Close the camera app
7. Open gallery
8. playback the video
9. Plug the device into the pc and keep it unlocked
10. In nautilus window that opens click on the phone
11. Click on Videos
12. Click on com.ubuntu.camera
13. Double click on the video
EXPECTED:
I expect the video I recorded to playback
ACTUAL:
Nothing happen the player just seems to freeze with a black background. Via mtp though the playback is fine so it recorded as expected and just isn't playback the video.
