See the logs when trying to install OpenStack/Aodh on Trusty/Mitaka-proposed:

q-text-as-data backported for mitaka - should hit proposed in the next 2 hrs.

There is one remainging issue in packaging.

I had to do:
cp -r /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/aodh/storage/alembic /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/aodh/storage/sqlalchemy/

I think there a problem in the folders. "alembic" should be in "sqlalchemy", so db-sync will work. BTW, why do you put it in a different place than upstream? Upstream use /aodh/storage/sqlalchemy/alembic.

This debdiff supersedes the prior attachment. It includes an additional fix to install alembic files in the correct location.

This bug was fixed in the package aodh - 2.0.0~b1-0ubuntu2

  * d/control: Add python-pymongo to python-aodh depends as aodh-api
    init script fails without it (LP: #1533014).
  * d/rules: Ensure that alembic files are installed correctly.

This package is now available in the trusty-mitaka cloud archive's proposed pocket. To enable:

sudo add-apt-repository cloud-archive:mitaka-proposed
sudo apt-get update
