Bug Description
per design:
In windowed mode, the window title should remain 'System Settings'. Currently it changes to "Bluetooth" or whatever the name of the current panel is, but design does not want it to do this.

I think (though I’m not sure) that I saw this in an app that wasn’t System Settings, too. If so, it’s a toolkit bug, not a System Settings bug.
A quick browse of the toolkit code reveals two instances of "window.title = headerItem.title", which doesn’t seem right. Setting the window title to be the same as the header title immediately below it would be ugly repetition. <https:/
