Bug Description
"lxc" now says "This is a transitional dummy package. It can safely be removed.", but this isn't true:
$ sudo LANG= dpkg -P lxc
dpkg: dependency problems prevent removal of lxc:
lxc-templates depends on lxc (>= 0.8.0~rc1-
lxd depends on lxc.
juju-local depends on lxc (>= 1.0.0~alpha1-

Marking both lxd and juju as won't fix on account that both of them will cease to use lxc this cycle so it's not worth the update.
LXD will only depend on liblxc1 as soon as we've moved away from lxcbr0 and juju will ship with only LXD support at release time.
