Bug Description
[Impact]
* nagios3 icons are not displayed (404) on the nagios hosts (and other) pages.
[Test Case]
* sudo apt install nagios3
* Navigate to http://<ip>/nagios
* Login with nagiosadmin & password as specified during package installation
* Click on hosts link in left navigation panel
* If the bug is fixed, the ubuntu icon will be displayed for the host. If not, it will show a missing icon image (and the network console in a browser debugger will show a 404).
[Regression Potential]
* This is a case of Ubuntu and Debian being out of sync as Debian has already removed src:nagios3. The only regression potential appears to be if a user has manually fixed their filesystem by either copying directories around (from /usr/share/nagios to /usr/share/nagios3) or making a symlink. I believe in both cases, dpkg will indicate it is unable to proceed, but the resolution should be straight-forward. More likely, a user running Zesty (the only affected release) will have just assumed it was a bug.
---
I just upgraded my Nagios3 server from Yakkety to Zesty, and the icn and status map images no longer display. Icons come up as broken images, and status map images show as question marks. I can see the images under both /usr/share/

Thank you very much for filing this bug report!
Being completely ignorant of nagios, can you provide more concrete details of what you mean? I assume it's a webpage not displaying some graphics?
Please mark the bug as New again once you are able to provide that input.
