[syncpackage] Allow me to sync multiple packages at one time

as this is years old, closing as wontfix

@Dan: i don't think it's proper to close 3-years old bugs as "the bug is
old" - especially not when the request looks very fine and senseful to me. ?

I'll reopen this then, but the line does need to be drawn somewhere - I don't see the purpose in leaving all those 12+ year old bugs open. So somewhere between 3 and 12 years needs to be the "line" where we decide to just close a bug if there's no change on it, especially if it's a feature request.

This bug was fixed in the package ubuntu-dev-tools - 0.196
