Lithuanian language translation looks a bit like japanese :)

Bug Description

When kubuntu 7.10 i set OS language to Lithuanian, some of words are shown in japanese. Especially in Control panel

I have previously uploaded a correct version of guidance.po file to launchpad translations (the file is this: https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/+source/kde-guidance/+pots/desktop-kde-guidance/lt/), however, it disappeared. I am doing it again now with, it is in a translation import queue.
