Bug Description
Binary package hint: germinate
I use Germinate at work to produce CDs for product based on the Ubuntu Gutsy distribution. I use two repositories for that, a main repository, and a development repository, which may hold package that will replace some other package in the main repository.
CDs can be produced from the main repository. The CD list is generated from Germinate output on the main repository. I would like to be able to produce a CD from my development repository but for that Germinate would need to support germinating from packages in several repositories.
I will attach a patch which is my take on the bug. I'm not very experienced with Python but I believe this is probably not very far from how it should be done.

Actually, I've made a new branch instead of a patch.
