Bug Description

[Impact]

 * Please enable TLS support for HTTPS UEFI boot support

[Test Case]

 * Boot VM with the OVMF fimrware
 * Enter UEFI Firmware Settings
 * Enter Device Manager option
 * Notice that TLS option is there, enter it
 * Observe that there is UI to enroll TLS certificates

[Regression Potential]

 * Enabling one more module will results in OVMF firmware growing in size / use more RAM.

[Other Info]

 * This is of interest to develop and test UEFI HTTPS boot on Ubuntu.
