Bug Description
haskell-aeson-extra needs `these`.
`these` got split into `these` and `semialign`.
`these` is available, but `semialign` is stuck in debian NEW https:/
Until we have `semialign` we cannot build haskell-
Demote it to proposed, until semialign is available.
