Bug reporting page asks for package when distribution has no packages

Bug Description

<https://launchpad.net/nexenta/+filebug-advanced>, and the second stage of <https://launchpad.net/nexenta/+filebug>, both invite you to enter a package name. But Launchpad will never use anything you enter in that field, because as far as Launchpad is concerned, Nexenta has no packages <https://launchpad.net/nexenta/+allpackages>.

If a distribution doesn't use Launchpad for packaging, Launchpad shouldn't ask you for the package when reporting a bug about the distribution.

It may save time to fix this bug at the same time as bug 67777.

Actually, if you enter any package there that doesn't exist in the distribution, the bug is filed and you get a notice:
"The package 3c5x9utils is not published in Nexenta Operating System; the bug was targeted only to the distribution."

I agree that Launchpad should not offer to the field, if it's going to ignore the content anyway.
