Versioning for nvu virtual package wrong

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kompozer

My copy-pasting from other renamed packages forgot to take into account that the version number path changed between these two as well, so it will only try to upgrade you if you have nvu version 0.7, but nvu was at version 1.0. My bad...will try to fix shortly.

This bug was fixed in the package kompozer - 1:0.7.10-0ubuntu4
