I think I have to re-do this to fix up the cifs modules moving into modules-extra. For now I will block the build to not leave ppa.

Got advised that linux-oracle ships with linux-modules-extra by default. So there is no problem with the cifs modules moving. It will get fixed in a future update just for having things the same.

There is just one bug lacking verification: the move of cifs into main modules. This was decided to be less critical for oracle as there modules-extra is installed by default (which contains this module). There was some back and forth were this will land but for sure in the next SRU cycle. So we ignore that part here.
