Bug Description

Binary package hint: policykit

In bug 202314 we temporarily disabled the ptrace protection in libpolkit to be able to collect crash reports for apps using libpolkit, such as gnome-panel. This should be re-enabled right before releasing Hardy.

This bug was fixed in the package policykit - 0.7-2ubuntu7

---------------
policykit (0.7-2ubuntu7) hardy; urgency=low

  * Re-enable 02_noptrace.patch again for the final release, where security
matters more than getting core dumps (apport is disabled by default in the
    final release anyway). (LP: #207151)
