Bug Description

Binary package hint: elinks

On upgrade:

Unpacking elinks-data (from .../elinks-data_0.11.3-5ubuntu1_all.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/elinks-data_0.11.3-5ubuntu1_all.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite `/usr/share/man/man1/elinks.1.gz', which is also in package elinks

elinks-data needs to Replaces: elinks (<< version-when-this-file-was-moved).

  * Use << versioning for Conflicts/Replaces rather than <=, to account for
    Ubuntu versions (LP: #215611).
