Bug Description

libsoprano4 installs programs into /usr/bin/, and non-SONAME specific programs into /usr/share/dbus-1 and /usr/share/soprano/. This will break upgrades as soon as it gets a new SONAME.

All these other packages belong into a libsoprano-bin or similarly named package. See

  http://www.netfort.gr.jp/~dancer/column/libpkg-guide/libpkg-guide.html#shldevpackagecontents

for details.

For the record, this is a packaging bug in Debian and should be fixed there.
