LTSP fails to install from Alternate CD

Bug Description

Using today's Intrepid (alpha-3 candidate), LTSP fails installing showing the following error in the syslog:

Jul 23 08:40:54 in-target: I: Retrieving Release
Jul 23 08:40:54 in-target: E: Failed getting release file file:///cdrom/dists/intrepid/Release
Jul 23 08:40:54 in-target: error: LTSP client installation ended abnormally
Jul 23 08:40:54 main-menu[2686]: WARNING **: Configuring 'ltsp-client-builder' failed with error code 1
Jul 23 08:40:54 main-menu[2686]: WARNING **: Menu item 'ltsp-client-builder' failed.

It makes installing LTSP from the CD-Rom impossible.

this needs a path chnge in the 000-daemon-handling plugin (start-stop-daemon moved to a debian subdir) i will try to fix that asap

ltsp (5.1.14-0ubuntu1) intrepid; urgency=low

  * The freegeek hackfest release (adds basic localapp infrastructure)
    - Added LOCAL_APPS=True as default in ltsp_config
    - Cleanup of xrexecd, glib, now to be started from ldm's rc.d mechanism
    - Cleaned up lts-parameters.txt
    - Run autogen.sh automatically if processed by mkdst.
    - only start cdpinger and ltspfsd if not already running
  * add configuring and building and cleaning up of xrececd to build-stamp and
    clean targets in debian/rules
  * install xrexecd to /usr/bin in the ltsp-client-core package
  * install debian/099-mount-cdrom (LP: #251066) and add --mount-cdrom to
    ltsp-client-builder.templates to make sure we dont break even if d-i unmounts
    it (ugly workaround)
