Bug Description

Binary package hint: empathy

Help docs not found under intrepid.

Reproduce:

 * Run Empathy. (choose preferred method)
 * From the 'Contact List' click on 'Help -> Contents'.

What happens:

When the 'Help Browser' window opens you will be given an error dialog stating:

 The requested URI "ghelp:empathy" is invalid

What should happen:

 The 'Help Browser' should be able to find the file and open it.

confirmed, the directory is not installed in the deb
