build of sivp 0.5.0-1ubuntu1 freezes on amd64 ubuntu official build machine

Bug Description

The amd64 build of sivp 0.5.0-1ubuntu1 [1]. Freezes on the ubuntu official build machine.
It succeeds in a PPA [2] (the other packages in the PPA are not related to sivp) and I also have tried it in a
local jaunty chroot environment which also succeeds to build there. (I use an Intel Core2Duo T7300 cpu
if that is of any interest).
The build log of my chroot build is attached.
I was said that the PPA machines run only virtually and the ubuntu official builds run on real machines.
So this might be triggering the issue.

During the build process, try to set the env variable:
SCI_DISABLE_TK=1 SCI_JAVA_ENABLE_HEADLESS=1
it should fix your problem

@Celso Providelo:
I have absolutely no idea.
Also I wonder why this version builds fine in i386 and amd64.
When calling scilab it should have tried to get a GUI.

    Should prevent scilab trying to load the GUI in configure.

  * debian/patches/javaHeadless.diff: Disable GUI when calling scilab.
