Title of some docs is not the same on the index page and in the doc

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but still looks odd...

The title of several documentation chapters are not the same on the index pages (yelp start page and https://help.ubuntu.com/8.10/index.html) and in the title field of the doc I get after clicking these titles. However, in some cases they match. Is this intentional? Shouldn't these always be the same? In many cases one of the titles contains more information about the content, so it might be a good idea to include these on both pages.

For example, we have:
Internet vs. Internet and network
Adding and Removing Software vs. Adding, Removing and Updating Applications
Customising Your Desktop vs. Customising Your Computer
Printing and Faxing vs. Printing, Faxing and Scanning
Using the Command Line vs. Basic Commands
Writing Your Own Programs vs. Programming
