Bug Description

Since xbuildy packages will get autosync'ed over, they do not need merge and should not be listed.

Look at the dates of those comments and look at the dates of some of the build1 packages on merges.ubuntu.com. For example, https://merges.ubuntu.com/p/pyspf/REPORT - it was uploaded 2009-03-26 and the comments you refer to are from 2009-02-18.

Right. Looks like my patch only fixed the bug for patches and not for merges. I'd say it should be applied to produce-merges.py as well. Scott?
