Bug Description
The PPA web UI should not only show that a certain package was copied from another PPA, but also who issued the copy action.
Granted, this has little use, other than making it more easy to blame a member of a team for consitency breakage. Then again it could also help advanced users find the appropriate person to address complaints to.
Example: the whole core package stack of KDE was copied, but a dependency was forgotton, preventing some packages from building properly. $PPA_User (who might be a developer or a very advanced user) notices this problem, invesitages a bit and finds out that libblah was not copied along the KDE stack. If the PPA web UI shows who copied the stack (i.e. shows per package who copied it), $PPA_User can notify that person about the issue and it's resolution.

This is likely to get done as part of a larger initiative to provide general
audit trails in Soyuz and/or Launchpad.
