Bug Description

Version: last stable branch 5.1
System : linux

Take the menu "All terms" and traduce a report and or a view. Launch the report or the translated view => no translation appear...

Restart the server, and print the report / browse the view => here is the translation...

I don't remember this was like this in previous versions... People who translate want to verify they did a good job. Most of them are the end user and aonnot restart the server when they want...

This sounds to me like a bug...

I support the idea that we must get to a point where the server doe not need to be restarted during "normal" operation including installing/updateing modules and translation

In addition of this bug, translation are reset after upgrade :

1) Translate something with the client
2) Run an update of the module "base" in order to update you server with the client
3) You will see that your translations has been lost after update.
