A run of

indicates that the source package mozilla-thunderbird-locale-ru has binary packages that are not
installable at the moment.

Please have a look and make sure it's installable again.

I don't see why not. Somebody just needs to update it; http://www.mozilla.com/thunderbird/all.html lists an updated language pack for Russian, so it should be possible.

IMHO only some transitional packages are missing in thunderbird-locales. The attached debdiff should fix this and some other bugs (If I've nothing overseen)

oh, it's not that bad. All the mentioned transitional packages are for languages which weren't even installable in Breezy (or even in Hoary), thus they are in universe. All main packages already have transitional packages.

The universe source packages get removed now.
