Netbook windeco doesn't respect max window size

Bug Description
Binary package hint: plasma-netbook
Due to ksnapshot being affected by this, I don't have a screenshot....
It seems that any window that has a defined maximum size gets mis-rendered with the netbook windeco. The window size is drawn correctly, but then it appears that the contents of the window are rendered as if it was full screen. This leads to only a small part of the window being visible in some cases.
This affects (so far) some systemsettings modules, ksnapshot, and skype. I didn't do an extensive search, but have yet to find a package with a maximum window size set that wasnt' broken.
