Changing an icon requires too many steps

Bug #44273 reported by D B

Ubuntu Desktop Bugs

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

Reproduce
1. Right click an icon in the panel
2. Click properties
3. Click the icon
4. Click browse
5. Find a folder with icons and click Open

Two things are troubling:

1. you can't just directly pick an icon from the browse menu, it has to be a folder
2. when you do pick a folder, it doesn't automatically load, you have to pick the address bar and click "enter"

Thanks for your bug. Those are supposed to be fixed with dapper, what
version of Ubuntu do you use?

This was in dapper, but ideally it's fixed :) I'm apt-getting new updates now.

For the record, 2.14.1-ubuntu2 of libgnomeui-0 doesn't fix it... it's what I have currently.
