This is already fixed upstream (in 1.4), but Debian still has 1.3.7-1.2. I also added source section in debian/control (if I get it right, packages get rejected without it).

Hello! Your debdiff is good however it is not necessary to add a source section in debian/control (not for Ubuntu). Please, attach a new debdiff without that change. However, I would recommend you to forward that change to Debian (where is relevant) as well as the FTBFS fix.
