Bug Description

qBittorrent - a Bittorrent client programmed in C++/Qt4 (http://www.qbittorrent.org)

qBittorrent is a lightweight but featureful bittorrent client programmed in C++ using Qt4 toolkit. qBittorrent is is Ubuntu Universe repositories since Jaunty v9.04 but I maintain more up-to-date packages in my PPA:
https://launchpad.net/~hydr0g3n/+archive/ppa/+packages

I would like to get qBittorrent into GetDeb repository because I feel it would be way more interesting to get latest qBittorrent into a central and well-known repository.

I'm qBittorrent author, a Ubuntu user and I have medium knowledge in Debian/Ubuntu packaging. As a consequence, I would be able to maintain and upload qBittorrent packages myself if necessary.

libtorrent-rasterbar-dev (>= 0.14.7)

Karmic only provides version 0.14.6.
We do not update system libraries.

I understand that you cannot update system libraries in your repository or it could make other program depending on this library crash.

However, please do not close this bug report so fast. qBittorrent does not require libtorrent v0.14.7, I simply provide the most up-to-date packages for both qBittorrent and libtorrent in my PPA. This does not mean that we cannot add up-to-date qBittorrent packages to getDeb.

If you read my description, I'm only asking to integrate qBittorrent, not libtorrent-rasterbar. My PPA is another matter, I provided it as an example.

Ok, I only took a look at the debian/control Build-Depends list.
Usually the minimum required library version is listed there.
