fontforge-extras is in "Fonts" section but isn't fonts

Bug Description
Binary package hint: fontforge-extras
For better presentation in the Ubuntu Software Center, it would help if there was a single Section containing all packages of fonts and nothing else.
Almost all packages in the "Fonts" section are fonts. fontforge-extras is the odd one out, because it does not actually contain any fonts. Please move it elsewhere.
It may save time to fix bug 490401 and/or bug 490405 at the same time as this bug.
