Try this workaround:

sudo dpkg --force overwrite -i //var/cache/apt/archives/libgnomekbd4_2.28.0-2ubuntu1_i386.deb

See if it works.

Sorry should have been this instead:

sudo dpkg --force overwrite -i /var/cache/apt/archives/libgnomekbd4_2.28.0-2ubuntu1_i386.deb
