Whenever Presenter enters text matching '\w+:' lernid tries to open the URL in the browser

Bug Description
During the test, Jono would enter text like:
* problems includes:
* user: <answer to question>
And it would attempt to open a webpage with the protocol matching the text immediately prior to the ':'.
Lernid needs to be more careful about opening URIs, and should probably be limited to http: and https: URIs
This also means that the custom {nickname}: generates errors because the nickname isn't a valid protocol.

I can confirm this, this is already causing a lot of trouble at the current Ubuntu UserDay.
