Bug Description
It is a common use case for a teacher to have more than one section of the same course (an Algebra teacher with 5 sections of Algebra I for example). There should be a way to create a grade book activity and apply it to more than one section. There is no reason to limit this to copying an activity between sections of the same course either. A teacher may want to have a holiday activity, for example, that the assign to students in all of their classes.
