Bug Description
In nascentupload's find_build method, the build which has been found is cached. However, this caching ignores the arch tag, so the incorrect build could be returned.
This is currently masked by policy - we don't allow any uploads which would mix architectures in the appropriate way to expose this.

Well, this problem is also reported in bug #89260 (not really a duplication, though)
It might be mitigated by the bug #89846 fix (RF3903).
However the effective fix will come only from the NascentUpload system refactoring (nascentupload-
