I found a bug in request, a normal user can only send a request to himself, and cannot select other
I have fix this bug, the problem appear on the name_search in res.users object.

On the french forum [1] another user have the same problem, i ask him to provide more information
I have the problem only in one database, i think this problem appear when a specific module was installed.
