Everything is "unseeded". Probably a problem with the packagesets.

Seems like it's a Launchpad problem:

In [7]: print filter(lambda a: a.distroseries == lp.distributions['ubuntu'].current_series, lp.packagesets)
[]

affects: ubuntu-sponsoring → soyuz

Yeah, I'm already working on this - I just ran out of time for it on
Tuesday and since then I've been travelling and at SomeHands. Should be
done before the end of the week.
