banshee-extension-appindicator needs to be rebuilt for Maverick (appind 0.2.1-0ubuntu1)

For the Application Indicators project version 0.2.1-0ubuntu1 was just released into Maverick:

Several changes were made to the Mono bindings. Banshee.AppIndicator needs to be rebuilt, currently it doesn't work on Maverick; the extensions segfaults when Banshee is launched.
