please mythtv sync 0.20 from debian-multimedia

Bug Description

builds fine in edgypbuilder

ubuntu changes look ok to override ( only affected the 0.18 build )

this will close the following bugs : 58212 56536 32169 51680 46992

Wrong. Revu is not the right way here, syncing from marillat is.

No, you'll have to wait for an archive admin to see this and then sync
the package from debian-multimedia.

I was in #ubuntu-motu. They wanted to sync from marrilat like you said, 3
days ago, and explained the proper process. The source on REVU has a patch
that I added for gnome-screensaver, but IS a sync. Ubuntu MOTU's need to
review it before it gets pushed in.

since there was a legit ubuntu change ( screensaver issue ) on revu I changed the incorreect versioning on it and uploaded that

fix --> released
