Martin Pitt fixed Bug #495764 but it doesn't work when one has debug mode enabled as the USB ID changes from 22b8:41d9 Motorola PCS Motorola Droid to 22b8:41db Motorola PCS Motorola Droid (USB Debug).

I have created a patch that fixes this issue (and the missing icon issue as well) in the freedesktop.org bug tracker : https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=30253
