uck-remaster-{prepare,finalize}-alternate works with i386 only

Binary package hint: uck
uck-remaster-
While in uck-remaster-

cd $ISO_REMASTER_DIR
mkdir -p dists/stable/
in uck-remaster-
These make uck unable to work on other architectures.
For instance, I have to remaster an amd64 alternate image, and so I needed to replace all 'i386' with 'amd64'.
Please refactor all uck's tools in order to make them working fine on all supported architectures.
