Post-installation grammar needs translating properly

Bug #70567 reported by Matthew Steeples

Bug Description

Binary package hint: libc6

The post installation questions recommend that you restart your computer to resolve any network and name resolution problems, but the grammar is incorrect.

"We recommend you to reboot your machine after the upgrade to avoid NSS related trouble"

It's not a major bug, but I still think that it needs to be fixed (as it would be a 2 minute job by someone who knows the codebase)
