Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

The mk-sbuild script currently uses "/etc/schroot/schroot.conf" as a schroot configuration file.
But current version of schroot has a separated configuration directory "/etc/schroot/chroot.d".

It is better to use a separated configuration file like "/etc/schroot/chroot.d/sbuild.conf".

Using separate files per chroot here will also help with LP: #429215

    - Put schroot configuration in chroot.d/sbuild-$chroot (LP: #736808)
