[SRU] sponsor-patch fails with relative working directory

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

Please update ubuntu-dev-tools in natty. Fixes problem with sponor-patch which would throw and assertion error if relative working directory is specified by user

TEST CASE:
sponsor-patch <bug number> --workdir ./path/to/workdir

RESULT (example):

Eep, this has been in -proposed for > 3 months.
Also, I just found the same bug in test-building in backportpackage in trunk.

Anyway, as to the SRU verification, it works for me.
