Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

This is a carry over from bug 692194. This would change "Ubuntu Documentation" to be "Get Help with Ubuntu" (by Phil Bull).

Okay, that has more changes than just the help item. I'm happy to make
it "Ubuntu Help" as that's more concise. Do we need another set of bugs
for the other changes? Or change this one?
