Crash after opening Save destination as... dialogue!

Bug Description

I've clicked on a *.omrkey file right to go to the save as... dialogue and firefox crashed at the moment i clicked the context menue.

Thank you for the bug report, I cannot seem to reproduce this bug, have you installed any extensions or plug-ins recently? Changed the configuration at all?

Which flash package do you have installed?
Which Java package do you have installed?
Which firefox extensions do you have installed?

There seems to be a moderate number of reports with the same behaviour so unless someone thinks the opposite I'm going to merge those common reports.

We still need more information on this bug, so please any new comment/attach should go into bug #45008 as it might be the master bug of this problem. Please try to follow the hints in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingFirefox it will be of great help for us in tracking down this problem.
