[launcher] Looses track of open windows for synaptic and empathy

This is the Synaptic window

I can reproduce the issue with synaptic (it was previously described as part of bug #753382, but it will be better tracked here separately).

However I can’t reproduce the issue with empathy.
@Joaquín: can you reproduce reliably this last one? If so, can you please detail the exact steps needed to observe the issue?

1º Add empathy to the launcher
2º Open empathy
3º open a chat window without closing the contacts window
4º now, close the contact window
5º look at the empathy icon on the launcher

Joaquín, unfortunately I’m unable to observe the issue with empathy by following the steps you describe above.
After closing the contacts window, the empathy tile in the launcher still has the running arrow indicator on the left to indicate that it has a window open.

I will do a screencast, I think Kazam will be perfect.
